Edgecraft workshop with knives on a bench

Crafting better edges since 1998

A small workshop with one obsession: knives that feel perfect in the hand and stay sharp for years.

Our Brand Story

From a garage forge to a kitchen favourite

Edgecraft began when our founder, a chef frustrated by dull factory knives, started shaping blades after hours. Today a team of bladesmiths and sharpeners carries the same standard into every knife we ship.

We design specialty chef, santoku, utility and paring knives for people who cook daily, and we back each one with sharpening and care for life.
